Andy Golubitsky brings over seventeen years of experience in complex real estate financial analytics, grounded in hands-on real estate development. Andy has underwritten and has been involved with the development of over $20B of commercial real estate projects that included a variety of public incentive and private capital sources. Prior to joining Spring 11, Andy founded APRE, a national real estate financial analytics and fee-development consultancy with offices in New York City and Los Angeles, and Astral, a real estate development firm with a $240M multifamily development pipeline. Prior to starting his own ventures, Andy held senior positions at Macklowe Properties and Douglaston Development, where he helped acquire, develop, and finance market rate residential, affordable housing, retail, and hospitality properties.
Prior to his career in real estate development, Andy practiced architecture, where he worked on a range of projects including multifamily, student housing, hospitality, and private residences.
Andy holds an MS in Real Estate Development as well as Urban Design from Columbia University, and a BArch from Syracuse University. He is LEED accredited and an adjunct professor at Columbia University.
