Ilya has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in evaluating, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing of stabilized, transition, and construction financing opportunities across various asset types. As Managing Director at Spring11, Ilya oversees Spring11's underwriting work of the New York office.

Prior to Spring 11, Ilya spent 6 years at Bayview Asset Management, where he was Head of Underwriting.  He also spent over 7 years in the Citigroup and UBS CMBS groups, as well as 2 years as a consultant at Accenture.

Ilya has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
